A Voice for Justice in Michigan's 10th District
Meet Carl Marlinga
Carl is running for Congress in Michigan’s newly formed 10th District in Macomb and Oakland counties. Carl has deep roots in our community, having served for almost 40 years as the Macomb County Prosecutor, an Assistant US attorney, and most recently as a judge on the 16th Judicial Circuit Court and Probate Court.

Carl's Priorities
Understanding the issues that your community members are passionate a bout is critical to being a good leader and representative. Carl will fight in Congress for a stronger future and will leave no one behind.
We must protect a woman's choice and her privacy on healthcare decisions in this country
We must protect our Great Lakes and waterways from corporate polluters, while also focusing on real climate solutions
We must strengthen Michigan's clean energy while creating jobs for thousands and fueling economic growth
Holding down inflation and creating good-paying, green jobs will help our economy recover and thrive like never before
Carl is running because it is absolutely vital to our country that we lead in creating good-paying American jobs by being at the forefront of new industries like clean energy and advanced vehicles. Carl strongly believes that we must bring back home supply chain jobs from dangerous regimes like those in China while protecting our Great Lakes and Lake St. Clair for generations to come. Carl loves this community and has lived in Macomb County his entire life.
